Mentorship
and Professional Development
The
foundational program for the ROCKS is coaching and mentorship. This core effort
provides relevant information, guidance, support, and professional development
to officers throughout their careers.
Particular focus is given to coaching, mentoring, and developing junior
officers to ensure exceptional performance and encourage sound career choices.
In
addition to providing opportunities for interaction and collaboration, monthly
chapter meetings focus on exposure of the general membership to guest speakers
who provide timely information that will assist members in their professional
growth and career. Additionally, general officers, senior civilians and other
military officers provide candid advice and guidance. The ROCKS, Inc. prides
itself on the quality and value of our members and on our commitment to
mentoring and developing leaders to serve our nation and our communities.
